Die-Casting dies
We produce high quality tools for the die-casting of metal alloys (aluminium, magnesium, zamac and brass) using the best machinery and with careful attention to the project of the Customers in every single detail. Before delivering, every mold goes through a very strict test which certifies the perfect functioning and an optimal life cycle.
Molds for injection
We handle the designing and manufacturing of moulds for plastic material for hot and cold runner molds and bi-injection. Accurate study and analysis of the use and of the Customer production specifications guide us on the designing. The objective is to obtain products with high quality of injection and molding and the best choice of molding for the production performance of the company.
Mechanical process
The experience of the team and a very high-tech machinery park give us advantages in terms of maximum flexibility on the mechanical process, offering solutions that can improve the components to be worked. Milling, turning, drilling and erosion are the main mechanical working processes performed in the company.
